  1. How do you guarantee the quality of your services?
    • Firstly your project is assigned to the most suitable translator in our familiar network. Secondly, your project is never delivered to you without being revised by a second professional also native (at no extra cost). Finally we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee.
  2. Do you only work with Portuguese or can you help me in other languages?
    • Although we are specialized in offering services from and into Portuguese, our network is made of Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Japanese, Chinese, Hindi and French natives, so you can count with our help in these languages.
  3. How long will it take to deliver the project?
    • You tell us when you need it and we will accommodate or decline your request. In the contact form, please state a minimum and maximum numbers of days - basically your flexibility. If your project is very urgent, an extra-fee may be applied, but you will always be informed beforehand.
  4. Do you provide interpreting services?
    • Currently we don’t.
  5. How can I contact you?
    • We work online with all time zones, and as much as we would love to, the day has 24 hours and we can’t be around all the time. For this reason we are available by email and Skype. However, when your order is placed, we will send your login details to our platform, a direct point of contact with us, where you can check your project progress, send us messages, open tickets and more. Keep it, in case we have the pleasure to work again with you in the future.

      If you are a new client, then you don’t have a username or password to our site yet. Please use the contact quote form and submit it. Alternatively, if you may want us to get in touch with you, please submit your contact details and well take over from there.   6. Who should I contact for tender purposes?
    • Since we are a very small team of experienced professionals, our availability can be limited and therefore we may be unable to take on new tenders at the time of your request. However, you can use our contact form and forward us your inquiry.
  7. I am interested in contracting your services. How should I proceed?
    • Please go to our contact page and type all the details you can for us to issue promplty your quote. This will expedite all the process, allowing us to issue a PO with an accurate amount, and organize well our resources. Alternatively, and if you aren’t ready to order yet, you can always go to our Contact page and use the contact form or send us an email to the most adequate email address. After the PO is mailed, we will ask you to confirm all terms and their acceptance by email. After we receive this confirmation, we will email you a username and password to access your private area in our website, where you will be able to upload any documents or files, communicate directly with us and keep track of the status of your project. These details are personal and shared only with you. After completion of the project and confirmation of your satisfaction, we proceed to issue your invoice that should be paid promptly, never exceeding 30 business days.
  8. How can I pay for provided services?
    • At the moment, we only accept payments made through PayPal, Moneybookers, Payeer and Wire Transfer. Payment IDs or Bank Details will be mailed to you when of issuance of invoice, as you prefer.
    • Please note that PayPal and other e-wallets present a much more cost effective solution and that you will incur in all fees triggered by an International Wire Transfer. Note that if you prefer to use a credit card to pay for our services, you can do so via Paypal.
  9. Can you send my deliverables via mail or courier?
    • Yes we can. Just let us know of this or any other special request you might have when when you contact us, but bear in mind that you will incur in all fees triggered by this option.
  10. I loved your services. Is there a place where I can leave you a public review?
    • You can mail us your feedback and we will be very proud to pass it along, and try to find a space in our testimonials page.
  11. Can you explain me how the Satisfaction Guarantee works?
    • Sure thing! Since we aim for our clients´ total satisfaction, we will not charge you for any revision needed until you are fully satisfied. Of course we take internal measures to ensure that our network continues to be one of the best providers of Portuguese Communication Services on the World Wide Web.
    • In case we believe that your dissatisfaction is not justified we can, and will, waive this guarantee and take any legal steps needed to ensure that our Service Agreement is honoured and met.
  12. I require you to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Is this an issue?
    • Certainly not! But we send along with the PO a Service Agreement you need to sign and send back to us. In case you still require an NDA from us, just send us the details, template or file and we will sign it and send it back to you.
  13. Can I see some samples of your work?
    • Yes. Relevant samples of past work, without any names or references, are available within the various sections of our site for your evaluation and appreciation only.
